Poor service delivery at city of Tshwane

My house does not have power since yesterday, we tried calling Tshwane office "electricity" but no success until around 3pm when someone "electrician" tells me because I don't have reference I should pay him R600. Then as we kept trying we finnaly got a refence around 5pm.Whole day landlines were engaged and no response on emails. At around 6 we were told they have solved the problem but we still don't have power even now. Later around 6pm we call and some lady tells us there is a guy who came to fix and he did not come.

This morning we woke up on missed calls and they say they were checking if the lights were back on because someone came. I mean if they are really fixing they should come in the house and check. I mean how can we have power when their electricians claims they fixed the problem whereas they want bribes... people are failing to do their job, yet you want us to keep paying the levies. It's just a frustration when all your neighbors have electricity and you dnt.They have closed our calls now. Why we don't know because the call has not been attended to. Bathing with cold water on this cold weather with kids it's not right. We are being treated like izinyoka people who bridged the electricity and we have been paying our municipal levies since 2014 every month we pay but they are treating us like trash.
