Poor Service Delivery

<p>Our power went off from Friday evening and we contacted the city of Tshwane mucipality on saturday and they promised to send the electrician to come assist us. That was on Saturday and up until now we are still in the dark. Our food is now rotten. We contacted them again and still they promised to send electrician and we still waiting for that electrian up until now.</p> <p> </p>
