Poor service delivery

We have no water since 3am - I reported at 6:16 with ref 689286. A Daniel said it was assigned. Called at 10 and was told plumbers were dispatched. Called at 2pm and told in progress. Called at 6pm and was told that the job was not assigned as yet. What a bunch of ***** that work in the call centre. They are quick to cut off service when we don't pay but do nothing when we are losing so much scarce water due to their inefficiency.
