Poor service delivery

I'm have reported that my pre paid box for electricity is faulty last week Thursday was advise that turn around time is 24 hours till to date nobody has assisted me .I can not put in my voucher as it gives an error. I'm bathing with cold water ,my meat in the fridge is rotten .Service delivery
