Poor Service Delivery

I went to City of Tshwane to have my electricity reconnected. The lady working at Counter 5 (supervisor) was not welcoming at all. She didn't give me a chance to speak and was talking to me while chewing. In the end I was not assisted, still seating in the dark.<br>
