Poor Service- Burst pipe

I have since reported a burst water pipe at my parents house on Saturday morning at 6am to date no one has bothered to come and fix it..

Despite several follow up calls to your office ...water is still gushing out through to our neighbours..and all I get is constant recorded lies from your agents...

The Supervisor Elizabeth...was as *********** as her staff....promised to call back with an update...

This is totally unacceptable
