Poor Service at City of Tshwane - Soshanguve

I have reported faulty prepaid electricity meter box that cannot accept tokens. The query was opened two weeks ago. The consultant at Soshanguve Block F responsible for logging calls claimed the technicians came and reported the meter was fixed. This is dissapointing to an extent they are prepared to lie.
