Poor service

I'm very disappointed by the service rendered by our municipality because there was a power outage yesterday from 18:23 of which i did log a call for the matter to be fixed, unfortunately the matter is still not fixed and we still don't have any electricity and when i make follow ups i'm still taken from pillar to post regarding the matter,i would really call this very poor services delivery by our municipality it is really bad.We have babies that need 2 be taken care of and food to be made so meaning our babies have to starve first before this problem can be fixed but if my account was overdue they would've have been here a long time ago to cut off the electricity,I'm seriously not happy about this.
