poor service...

I have lodged a complaint on the 6th August 2019 with regard to my electricity been cut even though my account is fully paid. since then i have been waiting for technicians to come out and resolve my problem. i have been calling every single day with the consultants giving me the same answer "We are sending a techinician out today". this is by far the worst service I've received and i am highly unsatisfied. We have been sitting in the dark for many days and unable to sort out this matter despite all our phone calls.

This matter needs to be attended to URGENTLY!
