Poor service

The waste removal guys damaged our Bulk waste bin last year around September and I have reported it the 1st time at Rosslyn and they told me that they will take the matter with the branch in Pretoria North. I called them again on the number provided on City of Tshwane website last year again October and November and I couldn't get hold of them. December last year I sent them an email as my complaint was not resolved and our domestic worker is struggling to take that bin outside on Thursdays as the wheels were damaged, and they sent me a form to fill in on the 30 January 2020 and it was sent back to them. Still now, we don't have feedback nor received another bin. This is becoming frustrating.
