Poor service

I phone them on the 1 feb to report that my water meter has burst so there is water every were at 10 in the morning got a ref nr. i phoned then again at 6h00 in the evening they told me it would be repaired at 10h00 that evening, I poned them on the 2 feb at 09h00 they told me they were on there way I phoned at 1h00 they told me it should have been repaired all ready, They will send some one out i am still waiting it is know 08h00 in the evening. really there is a lot of water going down the drain it looks like a dam in the street. Al of the neibours are calling me to report this problem. My ref nr is ********** 382 if there is anybody how could help me. sel nr ********** 823
