Poor service

Im not so happy about the treatment and service I get from Eletricity department Last month I had a problem with lights that went off I went to their offices to report of which they gave me new key pad. The new key pad now gives me problems I haven't got lights from Friday my Ref is 510/27.

A technician came yesterday and couldn't help amd escalated the matter to kepad section. Today they have not came to assist me

Its their fault from the start they did not do the complete job. Now am suffering Can the management do something with this matter at hand am really fed up with electricity department.
