Poor service

We paid more than a month ago but payment still not allocated, Tshwane busy billing us for outstand when try to purchase electricity, is absolutely a nightmare to deal with this guys, we have spend so much money on the phone trying to sort this out and also a numerous emails not helping, who ever is in charge of this department must do something, we are suffering!!! I never experience such a **** service in my entire life.
