Poor Electrical Service Delivery

Our area Naledi Section V in Mamelodi West has been without lights for the past 13hrs. I contacted the *** this morning and I was told that this matter cant be escalated because I only logged it this morning at 9:05 and I need to wait another 6 to 8 hrs. Does City of Tshwane not have a system that shows that the power is off ? This is not the 1st time we experiencing this problem and we always get a horrible service and have to wait for 2 days or so before we have lights. WHAT is the problem with our power supply and WHY is it not getting repaired ???????
