Poor customer service by City of Tshwane

Dear Hello Peter

My name is Makgolane Mahlabe Lucas. I am on the process of buying a house from Mr Mahlangu and selling my house to Mr Radebe. Before lockdown happened the attorneys representing us were about to register both properties under our names at deeds office unfortunately due to lockdown thet couldn't. The municipal clearance figures for both my houses that I am selling and buying expired as they are only valid for 6 weeks from date of issue. Now the attorneys representing us requested new revised municipal clearance figures from City of Tshwane electronically as no walk ins are allowed on 08 May 2020 to date we are still waiting for both municipal clearance figures as indicated above. Under normal circumstances it takes less than 2 weeks to issue them.

I humbly request hello Peter to assist me get our municipal clearance figures for Mr Makgolane account number ***, address 45 Urimakutata Street Atteridgeville Ext 34 and Mr Mahlangu account number *** address 1 Kuba street Atteridgeville Ext 28, so that we and our attorneys can register both houses as we need to relocate.

City of Tshwane is failing us decimally
