Poor accounting

Poor accounting - they got a site but what you add there isnt reflecting on account - paid account still got final notice all been added to invoice - so this month its estimated water billing and i did sent reading on 5th - add final notice that normally never get written back as if its your fault for their account dept poor staff selection - who clearing isnt capable to do the job! If i can do more to get of their grid i will do it - im already on gas fridge/freezer - gas stove - gas geyser - so a little bit of power on prepaid and then water that is clearly also starting to be a problem
