Please I need City of Tshwane to come and re-connect my electricity because I dont owe them, they got lost and switched off my electricity.

City of Tshwane has disconnected my electricity yesterday morning while there was no one. They say I am owing them, but I am using pre-paid..... how do I owe them when I am using pre-paid. The explanation that they made a mistake, an official was not suppose to cut mine. I am asking them to reconnect urgently .......they have not yet come. My grade 12 son did not study the whole night, I had meetings in the morning and had to knock on other peoples doors to request bathing. Please help me that they come and fix their mess urgently. Things that are in my fridge is a problem
