Pipe Burst
Below is the email sent to the City of Tshwane Municipality on the 17th of December 2014. I have followed up on this email on numerous account, however nothing has been done as a result, the electricity has been cut off.

My 62 years old Mother, Ms NC Mohlala who reside at 7303 Ext 3, Soshanguve, had a pipe burst in her home over a month ago which also affected her water readings. We went to the Housing/Water and Sanitation Offices to complaint about it, but we were sent from pillar to post and no officials (from their Offices) have been sent to our home for any inspection. This is becoming unbearable living condition as the whole yard is completely flooded, even to hang out her clothes, her feet are under water. Mosquitoes are breeding in the stagnant water. All we have been getting from the City of Tshwane municipality is the monthly water readings which are too high for a senior citizen and I do not understand why does she have to pay for water when a pipe burst at her residence? I believe that the processes must be always followed when this incidents occur and reported, but nothing has been done. We are very disappointed with the services we have received.
