Mabotoane security member harrasing community member of olieven in a parking lord , all this done in exchage of favours from the library personnel that is using public parking space where as there is a designated parking for the employees of the yard. Tshwane please address this issue cause we are staying here and are paying for the services not to be treated in extremely outrageous manner by the secirity member.
