People who assisted me, acted as if they did me a HUGE favour - what a JOKE!

I logged a complaint on the website of City of Tshwane (CoT) THREE weeks ago. Nobody has contacted me since. People who assisted me, acted as if they did me a HUGE favour. Meanwhile, all I requested was just for them to do their jobs for which they are actually being paid. When I asked a supervisor why I was treated so badly, the answer astonished me. The supervisor informed me that I worked on their nerves, because I had the audacity to try and open new Tshwane accounts for 4 (yes FOUR) properties on one day. If I were treated this way at a private organization (e.g. a bank), I would have taken my business elsewhere . Unfortunately, because municipalities do not have any competition, the public have to deal with such complete lack of service, without even expecting some sort of an apology for being treated as if we have no rights whatsoever. Before my recent bad experience with City of Tshwane, I used to give them 10-out-of-10 ratings on their website, but from now on, I'll rate them 0-out-of-10 whenever I get a chance.
