Payment made last month does not show on statement

Payment was made 02/09/2015 and does not reflect on current month statement.<br> When logged into the [URL Removed] web site the payment shows there.<br> <br> What is going on that the system does not pick up the payment.<br> I have received a final demand now, but payment was made.<br> <br> Thank you<br> <br> Francois
