PAYING FOR USELESS SERVICE AND EVEN MORE USELESS TSHWANE CONSULTANTS.

I have been trying for 2 months now to get someone to help me with my logging details that are not working to no avail. phoning are useless also seeing as apparently no one are working with the website or knows how to log on to help a client to reset a password. telling me to phone the customer care line where you are holding up to an hour with no one answering the phone phoning the 012 number you get told that they do not work with that department and to phone them , after telling the consultant that I have and that there are no answer she hung up the phone.

JUST USELESS PEOPLE GETTING PAID TO KNOW NOTHING AND DO LESS....... WELL DONE!!!!!!!!

JUST WANT TO POINT OUT THAT EVEN THE ONE STAR ARE WAY MORE THAT THEY DESERVE....
