Pathetic servie - Waste Removal

Arrogant is not the word - We as rate payers have to pay our rates & taxes spontaneously; without delay. We pay for waste removal @ R348.00 .........FOR WHAT - our refuse is emptied once a month - dustbins are not collected / emptied for 2 to 3 weeks at a time but we have to pay for the full month refuse removal!!! Then they have the cheek to bill us for a Water and Sanitation network for 33 days but days calculated is actually 30 days - when querying the new charges - we receive an email to say that all rate payers will be charged extra for water and sanitation networks to cover the cost of the less privilege that can't afford (rather say those that don't pay) for water connections. We work our bambino's off to make a living only to have our money ****** from us by the government.
