Pathetic service from people who work for the government!

The most pathetic service ive experienced in my life!!!!! Our power has been cut for 3 days and everytime we call they escalating the matter but nothing gets done! All ours goods for christmas are now rotten! No one can put you through to a manager or to someone on the field so we know how far they are. This isnt even worth a rating most pathetic service
