Pathetic Service delivery

We have been without electricity (BVN line Wintersnest, Akasia) since Sunday evening around 22:00 and we get no reply and or feedback.

The area are prone to interruption and have been without power previously for 10 days.

We luckily had refuse refuse collection last week f the 1st time in 10 weeks.

We are aware of the strike action but when we travel elsewhere in the city or speak to other people they do not suffer the same dilemma.

The Winters Nest area in Akasia seems to have the bad luck when it comes to service delivery.
