Pathetic service

<p>We are being told that there is a shortage of water and this is a crisis . However City of Tshwane municipality is taking their own time in responding to fix the water leaks.</p> <p>It has been over a month since my parents reported the water leaks and the excuse that the municipality is providing is that there is a shortage of plumbing material and staff. This is what I call bad service!!!!</p> <p>Can you imagine how many litres of water has been wasted?!!!!!</p> <p>Please respond urgently!!!! This issue was reported 3 times</p>
