Pathetic Service

Im so so mad towards City of Tshwane water & leakage department, mid last year we reported a leakage & they took 3 - 4 mnths 2 attend 2 our request, after tremendous complaints they came & claimed that we have 2 carry da cost because the leakage is in the yard. we hired a plumber & closed the chapter. In the meantime we were still dealing with the front yard that they messed up & left without fixing for solid 3 yrs. This year we decided we will once again carry the cost & fix our paving.Guess what....few minutes ago they were here claiming 2 attend 2 a call we made, we told them that our problem is fixed , they then said there is a leakage on our meter, I then demanded in writing proof that after fixing the meter they will repair the paving, they said they will make a note on their report, we said fine but demanded a copy as well, they said they will not give us a copy, mind you as we were talking, one was starting to dig with a sharp object, I told them we have just fixed this paving. Seeing that we were not agreeing, we demanded their names or reference number for the night call, they literally refused to give us. i have pics of the the damage they caused, their reg is PPD648GP
