Pathetic service

There is currently maintanance being done in my street. The work crew arrived 2 hours late to start and where supposed to be finished at 15:00. At 16:00 when I confronted the workers to ask how much longer the power would be out. They first attempted to act like they don't understand me. After arguing to receive an awnser they rep**** extreamly rudely that it could take another 6 hours. When I tried to phone the Foreman Mr Japie Bronkhorst multiple times on the no given to me. ***. It only rings. Phone in city of tshwane all so is pointless as it only goes in to a holding patter. This a total pathetic attempt of running city and some one should at least be liable for the joke of a company that they are.
