Pathetic (NO INK)

<p>whenever you go to the city of tshwane council in Laudium to print the water @ lights statement they don't have ink. We don't receive our statements in the post in time than they are quick to put lights of and send demands. The question is what are they doing with the funds that they never have ink. </p>
