Pathetic how City of Tshwane does the accounts
There admin is pathetic by the account department of City of Tshwane Municipality. One pays your account every single month and then suddenly they put demands in your gate saying you did not pay. Then they change payment dates. Then you don't get an account for the previous month. Does these people know what they're doing. Get competent people who knows what has to be done.

They send reminders and you have to pay for them. Where does all the money go to......?
Maybe they should fix the roads that is so pathetic instead of worry about reminders for customers who pay regularly.
