PATHETIC CITY OF TSHWANE

This is the worst and most *********** municipality in the country. I've dealt with a number of municipalities but City of Tshwane *****s the crown. They have a portal which is never up to date with statements. I've raised queries on my billing from 2019, never received a single response. Some institutions do not deserve to exist
