Pathetic call centre service

<p>I phoned repeatedly today to report a power failure, and was kept on hold between 15 and twenty minutes with no one answering. The last time I called soneone finally answered after 15 minutes, and then I was transferred three times and put on hold again! I finally gave up- still no power and impossible to report it!</p>
