Over billed

I have being over billed ever since last year this is now too much I can't anymore,i keep on calling Mo one answer imagine being billed R9970 for December what kind of water did we use bcoz even children were not around during December,we submitted the readings bt stil they billed us with estimation,this really need media I can't carry on like this,this is *******ion
