Outstanding Rates Account

Service at Tshwane Municipality is going from bad to worse. Staff at the municipality seem to be *********** and don't know how to do their job. I have been constantly called, mailed and harassed by the City of Tshwane and their legal services which claim that I have an outstanding rates & taxes with them for a house that I sold six years ago. I have forwarded documentation on numerous occasions to substantiate that the property was sold and transferred into someone else's name but yet no one seems to resolve this matter and continue harassing me. Today I received a message saying they want to list me as a bad payer on Credit Bureaus for this issue. Seeing that personnel at the municipality are unable to perform their job and update their records, I am being forced to take legal action against the City of Tshwane for the constant harassment and incompetence which all comes at a hefty cost.
