out of power

i have called city of Tshwane several times regarding the power cut off ta my house I called them sunday evening around 10h00 after my power went of and they said to me that logged a call a technician will come to my house to see what is the problem, I do not owe them anything my accounts with them are upto date, yesterday on 02.032015 u have called them they kept telling me that the technician is on his way to fix the problem but still I do not have any power at the house I even tried the sms thing of power failures still no response form the city of Tshwane. can somebody please help me with problem m fed up with this.....
