open holes corner saffier road & jade street

in beginning of sept2015, storm water pipe burst on corner of Jade & Saffier road in Lyttelton Manor. Tshwane municipality contracted Queens Construction to do the service, since then there are a dangerous hole with no danger tape around it and and nobody is finishing the job. I do not get any answer at municipality to question the service and we live in that street......all the way down Saffier road were holes dug on the pavements. that is not safe environments, because all the holes are open with no danger tape around it.<br> <br> the Tshwane should take action and complete the project.
