One year complaining about our meter box

We have been calling City of Tshwane Municipality since August 2019 concerning our meter box. We have received countless reference numbers and they always close as resolved every time we call. Every time technicians come they always have an excuse like "there is something we forgot to bring" or "we didn't know it was also the box outside". When we call the following day we are given a new reference number because the one we had was closed as resolve. It has been a year and we are constantly without electricity. We even went to their offices and they apologies and say a technician will come but we still have an issue. We pay our rates and taxes without fail and this service is extremely poor and unwelcome. We constantly have to go next door to charge our meter box to put in the electricity. Last night we had to make means to put in batteries but only my husband can use it so if he is not at home that means it's charging next door for me. Can we please get the assistance we deserve.
