one more unhappy citizen

Since I reported meterbox at Akasia city of tshwane from 1st of July - now is almost month end I am still in the dark. Every time I call receptionist answer me nicely promise that technicians will attend me after two hours they will excalate my issue to the supervisor, is been a month now. They even closed the old reference number and provided me with the new one- still in the dark even now I charge phone at my neighbors.
