Tshwane municipality service is horrible. They came to my house and switched off the electricity stating my account is in arrears. My account has always been up to update. Even after I showed them all the proof of payments indicating that my account is up to date. They still continued to switch off my electricity. I have to pay more money to re-connect my electricity. I'm not happy with this municpalities at all. I don't know why their records are always wring.
