Obscene electricity billings

<p>I am aTshwane rate payer who is always ********** by the municipality. My electricity bills are obsence. I attempted to reslove the with the city of Tshwane but I was rather referred to speak with the president of the country. When I visited the municipality of Tshwane, i was told to write and e-mail which did not yield any results. My electricity bills ranges from 1000rands to 2000 rands a month which is impossible, considering the factor that my kids and I are always not at home , I wonder how I am billed. This is ******* at the best. Attached are my previous statement to attest to the obsecenity.</p>
