Not answering phones

I am not able to capture my meter readings on their website [URL Removed] and got a popup message to call customer care. I called the number provided and placed on hold by the automatic answering service this was 07:50 by 08:13 I got a ringing tone and I could hear someone picking up the phone, I said hello and without a word was placed back into the queue and on hold again.
