I visited Tshwane Municipality in Centurion yesterday. I had to solve challenges with dustbins, electricity and apply for borehole permit. The water department asked me to leave my email for them to email me forms. I am still waiting. The electricity department were so eager to assist me and even accompanied me to my site to see what the real challenge is. Thanks to dedicated employees of Eric Nematangari's calibre.
