No water for 5 days

Our Electricity Bill was paid on Tuesday, however on Wednesday City of Tshwane Municipality restricted our water. On Wednesday after calling them, they said the restriction will be lifted within 6 hours. On Saterday we called them twice to lift the restriction and on Sunday we called them 3 times. Everytime they promissed to lift the restriction within 4 to 6 hours and the last 2 times, they said within 2 hours. <br> <br> Just got of the phone with a Supervisor after again no service. Suddenly now they do not have any plumbers on a weekend and we have to wait until Monday and then it might only be later in the day. Who knows?<br> <br> I feel that it is ******** to restrict water without notification and also even worst if the account is upto date. Not even mentioning that we have been without water for 5 days with 3 small kids in the house.
