No water every weekend

<p>I have not received a statement from the city of tshwane in the past six months. i sent two emails requesting a statement and there was no response . I even called them and they said they will come to do the reading end of May and they still havent. I really dont understand why because this a serious inconvinience for me . i am not prepared to pay thousand because i can only afford to pay monthly. why should i be inconvinienced by their failure to do a reading every month . Now i find myself without water every sa****ay and sunday between 10am and 2PM as if i am a bad payer while i was paying every month previously.</p>
