No streetlights for more then a week

I have been without street lights for more then a week. A week wasted with your call centre being put through from one person to the next. Then line automatically goes dead.<br> <br> Surely I cannot be reporting a problem for 8 days.<br> <br> 8 days of darkness in our street, totally not acceptable.
