NO SERVICE/RESPONSE/FEEDBACK

I sold my House 2 years ago. I had to pay over R6000 for the Rates Clearance Certificate. I was up to date with all my payments. The transferring attorneys tried to get my refund for over a year and told me to do it myself. I have faxed, emailed called, my wife has been to the offices in Pretoria twice, she has been to the Centurion offices and I have written to the ward councillor. He escalated my complaint to the chief whip. Still no response and no refund, no accountability! This is legal theft never mind the interest on the money that you don't receive.
