NO SERVICE DELIVERY FROM CITY OF TSHWANE MUNICIPALITY

Saturday 14th of August 2021 at 00h30 am we had a power failure at our home which we reported and this was restored around 11h00 am on the 14t of August 2021. Later that same afternoon at 17h22 pm we had another power failure which we also reported with Ref 1 of 8/14/2021 and after numerous phone calls and reports of the power failure it is Monday the 16th of August 2021 at 13h38 and our power is still not on We were told the following on different phone calls: - that they did not respond to the call due to a covid 19 case over the weekend - that the reference Ref 1 of 8/14/2021 was lodged for the 1ste call on the 14th of August 2021 and that they did not receive the second call lodged - that they have given the call through and we must just wait
