No service delivery by City of Tshwane

These alians living on the streets, cut our power by the outside box between 2 and 3 o'clock in the morning. We locked a call at City Tshwane at 3 o'clock in the morning, received a reverence number. We called later that day to find out if their people is coming to fix the problem, it's said they work till 22:00 at night or they'll come the next day. In the mean time you have to use a generator to let your fridges run so that your meat does not spoil. Then you have to let it run for about 3 hours because it uses alot of petrol. Then you still have to pay your electricity Month end. The next day at 11:00 you phone again then they promise they will come out and the operator promises he'll keep you updated which never happens. You phone again at 16:20 then they log the call to the supervisor. Still no one arrives to fix the problem. People who pay their bills on time do not get any service, but as soon as you don't pay your bill they are fast to put it off. People who ***** electricity or don't pay their bills GET AWAY WITH IT.
