NO SERVICE BY CITY OF TSHWANE

During February 2016 i have reported our faulty street lights. I got a reference number (very nice) but that is where the service stops. If you phone with your reference number and want to find out ANY progress, they drop the phone.<br> I cannot get hold of any person working at STreet lights and the ONE time some one did not drop the phone in my ear, their system was off line.<br> <br> Terrible terrible service
