No Service at all

I am completely gutted at the level of non-service in the City of Tshwane.

Saturday 25 I paid this account in full, because it registered as arrears at Pick ‘n Pay and my bank ABSA I wasted an additional R300. So this account should be credited with R300 but alas it has been blocked after receiving a confirmationary email from the municipality on Saturday 25 November 2017. It is now Monday 27 November 2017 I cannot buy electricity because this meter has been blocked??

The due date is 20 November 2017 who gets paid then??

I have spent this morning on the phone to both my bank and the City but no joy?!

What is happening when you pay your service bills but received no consideration!!!???
